TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The offer and sale of products on www.million-italy.it are governed by these Terms of Sale, together with the Return Policy and the Privacy Policy.
  • COMPANY INFORMATION

These terms and conditions of site use ("Terms of Use") govern your use of the site hosted at https://www.million-italy.it, including all sections and areas dedicated and reserved for registered users, such as the Returns Center section ("Site"). The Site is managed by MILLION CORPORATION SRL, VAT number 10467441217, headquartered at Via Traversa Michelangelo, 14 - 80026 Casoria, registered with the Naples Chamber of Commerce with REA NA - 1108078 (hereinafter, “Million,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

Welcome to our Site. We invite you to carefully read these Terms of Use before proceeding with access or use of the Site. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and/or users of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and express your willingness to be bound by them. If you do not agree and/or do not accept these Terms of Use, you may not use this Site and are therefore invited to cease its use immediately.

  • INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS

The Products displayed on the Site are offered for sale to all individuals acting for reasons not related to the commercial, artisanal, entrepreneurial, or professional activity they carry out. The purchase of products on the site is allowed only to individuals aged 18 or over or under 18 with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. The Products offered for sale on the Site can only be purchased and shipped to the countries indicated on the Site.

Before confirming and submitting the purchase order, the Consumer must carefully read these Terms of Sale. They can also be viewed and downloaded from the Site. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Sale, contain the rules governing the contract between the Consumer and Million for the purchase of Products through the Site.

  • PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

To allow you to use or access certain sections or features of the Site, including areas dedicated and reserved for registered users, we may ask you to provide some personal data about yourself. The personal data processing activities you provide to Million through the Site are fully described in our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notices available on the site. To learn about our practices and privacy policy, we invite you to consult the Privacy Policy and Privacy Notices. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that communications made via the Internet are never completely confidential and secure, and you understand that any information or message sent to the Site could be read or intercepted by parties other than the intended recipients, even if there are notices specifying that a particular transmission is encrypted (for example, a transmission of credit card information).

  • MILLION TRADEMARK

The terms "Site" and "Material" mean, respectively and by way of example and not limitation, the software, implementation, and use of the Site, the layout, structure, and organization of the Site’s content, as well as any Material reproduced and/or made available to the public thereon, including, in particular, the collection and organization of data and information, photographs, images, illustrations, texts, video clips, musical compositions, audio clips, designs, distinctive signs, logos, trademarks, trade dress elements, or any other Material reproduced and/or made available through the Site ("Materials").

The Material on the Site, in whole or in part, including – by way of example and not limitation – trademarks, domain names, designs and models, patents, and copyrights, are protected and owned by Vincenzo De Martino and Vincenzo Laudiero, both partners of MILLION CORPORATION SRL, the company that owns the website www.million-italy.it. All rights to them, internationally, are reserved.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, and other distinctive signs reproduced on the Site, even if not registered, are trademarks or service marks of Vincenzo De Martino and Vincenzo Laudiero. All domain names used on or linked to the Site belong to, or are authorized by, Million, which manages them internationally.

The Site is intended for private use, for personal and non-commercial purposes; the Material presented on the Site is solely for informational and/or promotional purposes.

It is not permitted, in any form and/or by any means and for any purpose, even partially, to perform any of the following actions concerning the Site, any Material on the Site, or related software: reproduce (except for personal and non-commercial use), publish, disclose, transmit, make publicly available, republish, distribute, display, remove, delete, add, or otherwise modify, create and/or use derivative or inspired works, sell or participate in any way in the sale.
Downloading or copying, where authorized in writing by Million, does not grant the User any right, title, or interest in the Material or software.

Million is committed to preserving, enforcing, and protecting its intellectual property rights worldwide and to firmly combating any violations thereof in order to ensure that its valuable assets are securely preserved and fully respected. Any use not expressly permitted under these Terms of Use is prohibited. The failure of Million to pursue any remedy, whether judicial or extrajudicial, shall in no case constitute tacit consent or tolerance regarding any violation of the Site’s Terms of Use and/or the intellectual property rights owned or held by Million.

  • REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Registration and subscription of Services

The User may register or subscribe to Million’s Services available from time to time on the Site.
At the time of registration or subscription to the Services, the User is required to provide accurate and truthful information. The User agrees to promptly inform Million of any changes to the information provided at the time of registration or subscription in order to ensure that the same User can receive messages sent by Million, avoiding such messages being mistakenly sent to third parties.

If the User is registered for a Service requiring prior authentication (for example, an Account or a Wish list), the User agrees to immediately inform Million if they suspect unauthorized access to their account or that their password has been compromised. Responsibility arising from the use of the account remains solely with the User, provided such use is attributable to them or results from the User's failure to adopt adequate password protection measures.

Without prejudice to any other remedy provided by applicable law and the Terms of Use, in case of violation by the User of the provisions contained in the Terms of Use, Million shall have the right to cancel the User's registration or subscription, block the account, and/or deny, limit, suspend, or revoke the User's access to the Site and Services.

  • APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted accordingly. 

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Million regarding their subject matter.

 

The offer and sale of products on www.million-italy.it are governed by these Sales Conditions, together with the Terms of Use, the Return Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

  • GENERAL CONDITIONS

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") govern all sales of Million products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") concluded remotely on the website www.million-italy.it (hereinafter, the "Site"). 

The distance selling service governed by the General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or "Client"); 'consumers' means natural persons over 18 years of age acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, artisanal, or professional activity.  

Customers are required to carefully read the General Conditions, available on the Site, in order to become aware of them, memorize them, and reproduce them. Contracts concluded with Customers will be archived by Million for the period required by current legislation. 

  • MILLION PRODUCT ORDERS

Orders can be placed directly by adults or minors under the supervision of a parent.
Orders can be placed through the website www.million-italy.it, or through the Million Customer Service, available every day from 08:00 to 20:00.
The Customer is required to provide Million with a valid email address where the requested information, the information provided in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and any order information will be sent. Each distance sale order placed by the Customer subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may concern one or more products, up to a maximum of seven products per order, with a maximum of two units of the same item.
Million reserves the right to modify at any time the limits on the quantity and/or types of products that can be purchased through distance sales. 
The Customer is responsible for selecting the items of interest. The Customer's cart and the order summary sent to the Customer following the completion of the purchase include a description of the ordered products, including measurements and dimensions (where applicable), and a digital photograph that allows a correct representation of the products available on the site.
Million takes all appropriate measures to ensure that the photographs on the site accurately represent the original products, including technological means to minimize inaccuracies as much as possible. However, some variations are possible due to the technical characteristics of the Customer's computer and color resolution. Consequently, any confirmation of the status of a product is subject to the limitation of potentially inaccurate representation on the customer's computer. 
The Customer must click on the cart icon to view the selected items and the total price of the ordered items. The Customer is invited to check the contents of the cart before completing the purchase form according to the instructions provided on the website, and to confirm that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If the Customer needs to modify (an item or quantity) or correct any errors in the order, they must follow the instructions on the Site.

  • PRICES

The price of the Products indicated on the Site is expressed in Euros or Dollars, depending on the country you are browsing from, and includes all applicable taxes or duties. Any delivery charges, if applicable, will be added to the price of the Products and will be indicated separately in the order form. 

Million constantly verifies the accuracy of the prices indicated on the Site; however, it is not possible to guarantee the absence of errors. In the event that an error is found in the price indication of a Product, Million will reject the order and offer the Customer the opportunity to purchase the Product at the correct price. If the error is discovered only after the order has been accepted, Million will offer the Customer the possibility to cancel the order. 

  • PAYMENT

To pay for the price of the products and related shipping and delivery costs, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form. 

Payment by Cards

For payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), the amount will be charged to the Customer's credit card at the time the order is prepared for shipment.
In order to prevent online fraud, payments made through the website www.million-italy.it are managed online by the relevant bank using tools provided by Stripe. 

Paypal

Payment for products purchased on the website www.million-italy.it can be made via PayPal. If the Customer chooses PayPal as the payment method, they will be redirected to the PayPal website where it will be possible to complete the payment for the products according to the procedure established and regulated by PayPal and the contractual terms and conditions agreed between the user and PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal website will be processed directly by PayPal; therefore, they will not be sent to Million or shared. Million is not aware of and cannot record in any way the credit card details linked to the Customer's PayPal account or any other payment method linked to that account.
In case of payment via PayPal, the total amount due will be charged by PayPal to the Customer at the time of the online contract conclusion. In case of contract termination and for any other type of refund, for any reason, the refund will be credited to the Customer’s PayPal account. The time required to credit the payment method linked to that account depends solely on PayPal and the banking system. Once the credit order has been made to that account, Million cannot be held responsible for any delays or omissions in crediting the refund to the Customer. To dispute these cases, the Customer must contact PayPal directly.

Payment on Delivery 

For those who do not have credit or prepaid cards, the Million website offers customers the Cash on Delivery option (valid only for Italy), meaning the possibility to pay directly in cash upon delivery. This payment method has a cost of €3 visible during the order phase; it should be noted that the courier is required to leave the package only after collecting the full cash on delivery amount and cannot allow trying on the items or opening the shipment. 

Payment in 3 Installments with Scalapay

Million offers the possibility to pay any order in 3 installments thanks to a contract signed with the company Scalapay. The first installment is paid immediately at the time of the order, the second installment after 30 days, and the third and final installment after 60 days from the time of the order. If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize such assignment.

  • TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that:

  1. the ordered items will be delivered to the residential or business address provided by the Customer at the time of the order; the Customer cannot redirect packages or prevent courier drivers from redirecting deliveries if the recipients are not at home;
  2. if the delivery address is located in a building with a reception/concierge service, the delivery will be considered completed when such reception/concierge has received the package from the courier. Therefore, ownership of the goods will pass to the Customer at the time of delivery to the reception/concierge. 
  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Customer (or their delegate receiving the Products) physically takes possession of the Products or, in the case of split delivery, from the day the Customer physically takes possession of the last Product. For hygiene/sanitary reasons, all products that come into contact with intimate parts of the body, such as underwear and socks, are always excluded from the right of return and withdrawal.
To learn the specific procedures for withdrawing from the contract, please refer to the Return Policy section. Please pay close attention to this section as the information contained therein forms an integral and substantial part of these Terms of Sale and is therefore considered fully known and accepted by you at the time of submitting the order form.

  • WHAT IF I REFUSE THE SHIPMENT?

If you refuse the order upon delivery and want a refund, please note that the cost of both shipments, outbound and return, will be deducted from the amount. 

  • AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

Million guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased on the Site. Products bearing the “Million” brand are made with Italian materials, packaged by Italian artisans, and are all strictly and entirely MADE IN ITALY, with the sole exception of some leather goods, such as Backpacks and Clutches, which are made in the EU, specifically imported from France.

  • APPLICABLE LAW AND POSSIBLE CHANGES

The General Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law, specifically Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to distance contracts, and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
The Terms of Sale are amended from time to time, also considering any regulatory changes. 

ORDER INFORMATION FROM DECEMBER 8, 2023 TO DECEMBER 20, 2023 

During the Christmas holidays, all orders received in this period will have an extended return period; returns can be made until January 6. Our standard return policies will be reapplied to items purchased from December 21, 2023.
