All orders are prepared within 1–2 working days.
During launches, drops, or peak periods, preparation can take up to 3 working days.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a message with:

  • the tracking number

  • the link to track the shipment in real time

We recommend also checking the SPAM or Promotions folder.

Failed delivery

There are two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to the sender and our team will contact you to arrange a new shipment.

Address change

You can request an address change within 1 hour of placing the order.
In this case, contact us as soon as possible through our support.
