How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days.
After shipping, delivery usually takes 24/48 hours, excluding islands or remote areas.
How can I track my order?
You will receive the tracking via email and on WhatsApp as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.
Can I make a return?

I chose the wrong size/color, can I change my order?
Yes, if the order has not yet been prepared, we can help you modify it.
Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp.
Can I pay with Klarna or Scalapay?
Yes, on Million we accept both Klarna and Scalapay.
You can choose payment in 3 or 4 installments, depending on the options available at checkout.
Can I cancel an order?
If the order has not yet been prepared for shipment, we can cancel it.
We recommend contacting us immediately on WhatsApp.
I haven't received the tracking information, what should I do?
Wait 1–2 business days from the order.
If you do not receive anything, also check the SPAM or Promotions folder. If in doubt, contact us.
The tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received anything.
We recommend checking if the package was picked up by a family member, the concierge, or a neighbor.
If you can't find it, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.

Where are your garments produced?
The Million garments are designed and produced in Italy, following high-quality standards and a controlled supply chain. This aligns with what the website states on the page dedicated to Made in Italy.
How do your clothes fit?
The fits are designed for a modern streetwear style.
In most cases, the fit is relaxed. We recommend always consulting the size guide available on the product page.
Do the garments shrink when washed?
By properly following the washing instructions on the label, the garments maintain their shape and fit over time.
Natural cotton garments may experience slight shrinkage after the first wash, especially if exposed to high temperatures. For this reason, we recommend gentle washing and avoiding the use of a tumble dryer.
Will the items be restocked?
Some products may become available again, while others are limited edition and will not be restocked.
If you see an item you like, we recommend not waiting too long.
How can I wash your garments?
Always follow the instructions on the inner label.
In general, we recommend: gentle cold wash, no tumble drying, no bleach.
