Returns and Refunds

We want every purchase on Million to be clear, simple, and reliable.
For this reason, if you need to make a return, you can do so by following the conditions listed below.

Right of return

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery of the order.

To be accepted, the product must be:

  • not used

  • not washed

  • intact in every part

  • complete with original labels

  • returned in the original packaging, if present

Returns of items showing signs of use, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

How to request a return

To start the return process, contact us on WhatsApp indicating:

  • order number

  • first and last name

  • items you wish to return

  • reason for return

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the received item has a defect or error attributable to Million.

In case of wrong or defective product, our team will verify the situation and provide assistance for the return process.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with the refund within 14 working days from receipt of the return using the same payment method used for the purchase. For cash on delivery orders, we will request an IBAN for bank transfer credit.

The refund applies exclusively to the value of the returned items.
Any shipping costs incurred for the initial order will not be refunded, except in cases provided by law or in the event of an error on our part.

Items not eligible for return

For hygienic or commercial reasons, some products may not be eligible for return.
If an item falls into this category, it will be clearly specified on the related product page.

Defective products or wrong order

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp.
